Trailer hire terms and conditions

Up to 2 hours late: $20 fee. More than 2 hours late: an additional full day hire charge applies.

No refund, credit or reduction in hire fees will be provided for early returns.

Trailer must be returned in the same condition and working order as supplied. Cleaning, repair and damage costs may be deducted from the bond.

If costs exceed the bond amount, the Hirer remains liable for all additional costs.

The Hirer accepts responsibility for any loss, theft or damage during the hire period.

IRONLINE HIRE is not liable for injury, death, property damage, vehicle damage, load damage or consequential losses arising from use of the trailer.

The Hirer indemnifies IRONLINE HIRE against all claims, losses, penalties, damages and legal expenses.

The Hirer is responsible for all fines, tolls, infringements and illegal activities. A $50 administration fee may apply.

The Hirer confirms the towing vehicle is legally rated and all loads are secured in accordance with applicable laws.

Tyre punctures, blowouts and wheel damage are the responsibility of the Hirer.

No overloading, unlawful use, racing, driver training or sub-hiring without written approval.

All towing, recovery, transport, impound and storage costs are the responsibility of the Hirer.

Bond may be retained until inspections and damage assessments are completed.

This agreement is governed by Queensland law.
